Hosted by Elena Verigo, a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in CBT tarot, the evening will include:

• A brief introduction to tarot, and an exploration of the Pagan Cat tarot deck.
• A short meditation/visualisation exercise and a live group reading.
• A closer look at the meaning & history behind a few key cards.
• Time to observe the kittens and reflect on their behaviours.
• Opportunities to note down personal insights and ideas for growth.
• Tea & kitten cuddles!
